I was feeling completely lost and at the point of burnout.
My mental health was suffering because I was trying to follow the advice of so-called marketing experts who promised if I just did what they told me to do, my business would grow and thrive and I would make 6 figures in my first year. I believed all the hype and worked harder and harder, but the results fell far short. That left me feeling inadequate and at a loss for how to move forward. I completely lost confidence in myself and wanted to quit.
Now, I am much more confident in myself and the direction I am taking my business. I can make decisions from a place of conviction rather than urgency. I can go at a pace that works for me.
I can show up as a whole person. Anna's gentle way of coaching and use of somatic techniques to calm the nervous system and the support of the community have greatly contributed to my newfound confidence.
Before working with you, I knew my business needed some insider overhauling, but I was overwhelmed at the multitude of approaches and "best practices". I definitely felt analysis paralysis on every level. I'd make small changes here and there, but didn't feel equipped to make the bigger shifts I desperately wanted and needed.
Now, I'm confidently implementing the big shifts I've always wanted to for myself and my business. I feel prepared to go about it in a way that won't overwhelm me.
When I looked at everything in front of me, I felt this really heavy weight, and then when we did the regulation and tapping and release, I could feel it leave. Such a great relief to have that sense of contentment right now, knowing I am right where I need to be.

Yes! Everyone who is registered will receive the recordings of the workshops, which you can keep forever!
That's fine! You'll have access to all of the workshop recordings forever. The only thing you'll miss by not attending live is the coaching time. To protect everyone's privacy, we will not share these recordings.
