Vantage

Six weeks in a small room of Catholic women who are building something real.

You already know how to steward what's been entrusted to you. What you want is counsel: women who understand what you're carrying, who will tell you the truth about it, and who will still be there next month asking how it went.

The application is a guided, no obligation conversation, about 15 minutes.

Six weeks from now

The thing you've been carrying alone doesn't feel lonely anymore. You belong to a room of women who know what you're building, what it costs you, and what you decided to do about it. One of them will text you in January to ask how it went.

You've said the hard thing out loud to women who understood exactly why it was hard. And saying it changed something. Not because they fixed it for you, but because you finally heard yourself say it in a space where nobody flinched.

The decision you've been turning over for months isn't turning anymore.

You're leading from a different place. Not from reaction.

Not from the low hum of forty unnamed problems.

From rest. And clarity. And the settled knowledge that you are not holding this alone.

That's the difference. Not more information.
Accompaniment, counsel, and the room to decide.

Who this is for

You have revenue. You're past the stage where the question is what to sell.

Some of what you might be sitting with:

You haven't raised your prices in longer than you'd like to admit.

There's a role on your team you'd hire differently today.

You're delivering three different things to three different kinds of clients, and you know that's part of why the weeks never find a rhythm.

You've been going back and forth on one decision for months.

None of that means you're doing it wrong. It means you've built something that's a living work, and what got you here is not what carries you forward.

What it is

Six weeks.
One 90-minute session a week.
A small group, and two facilitators.

Every session opens with prayer and a short reflection. This work doesn't sit apart from the rest of your life, and pretending otherwise is how women end up leading from reaction instead of rest.

You already know how to steward well. You've done it with your family, your faith, the people you love. That instinct and formation aren't what's missing.

You already know how to steward well. You've done it with your family, your faith, the people you love. That instinct and formation aren't what's missing.

What's missing is the space to bring it into the business itself.
Carrying indecision and uncertainty alone for months does something. It shows up as a shorter fuse with your team, as the thing on your list you can't quite get to, as the quiet sense that you should be handling this better than you are. That's not a flaw in you. It's what happens to your capacity when the stewarding has nowhere to go but through you alone.

A business is a garden to tend. Patiently understanding the conditions and seasons. Giving the same close attention you already give everything else you carry. You don't need more inputs. You need six weeks of accompaniment while you tend what's already yours.

We'll get to work together. Each week covers new ground, and each week two women bring something they're working through — receiving focused attention from a room thinking alongside her. Everyone gets to be seen and supported.

Some weeks you'll leave with a small thing to put in motion. Some weeks you'll leave with something to sit with instead. Both matter.

The application is a guided, no obligation conversation, about 15 minutes.

The work

We'll cover four pieces of ground, one each week for the first four weeks.

Money.

We start here because it's the most objective, and because it's freeing to sit in a room where you can put some space between you and the number.

What you charge. What it costs to deliver. What the math actually says.

People.

We get clear on who owns what.

The role that was never really defined. The conversation you've been carrying around for eight months.

Who you serve.

Which client, which offer, which one you'd keep if you could only keep one.

Where the next client comes from.

One invitation, one channel, one you own and will produce fruit that lasts.

Weeks five and six don't cover anything new.

Week five is where you finish what's still open.

Week six is about what you're taking forward.

What you get

The application is a guided, no obligation conversation, about 15 minutes.

  • Before it starts

A summary of where your business is actually stuck, drawn from your application conversation.

And we'll give you three questions worth sitting with as we get started.

  • The six weeks

    • Six 90-minute live sessions with both of us.

    • Prayer and a short reflection or practice to open each one.

    • Your own turn with the room. Twenty-five minutes on whatever you're working through.

    • Presence during every other woman's turn, which is often where you see your own situation most clearly.

    • Two optional open rooms, if you want more space with us.

  • Between sessions

    • A private thread with both of us for the full six weeks. When something comes up on a Tuesday, you don't have to hold it until Thursday.

    • A group thread with the whole room, and the two of us tilling right alongside you. Most weeks someone posts the thing she almost didn't say, and it resonates with everyone else.

    • A partner for the six weeks who knows what you committed to, so the week after a hard decision isn't a week you spend alone with it.

  • At the end

A 45-minute one-on-one to close it out. What changed, what's next, and what you need going forward.

What we're promising

Relief.

A small room of women who understand what you're carrying, and two people who take your situation seriously. Some relief comes from you doing the work. Some of it comes from no longer feeling alone.

Clarity.

Named root-level constraints instead of ambiguous problems. Solid ground instead of general overwhelm.

Decisions.

Your own turn with the room, thinking through what's actually in front of you.

Accountability.

A partner for six weeks, both of us between sessions, and a one-on-one at the end.

We're not going to promise you a decision every week.

One woman will make four. Another will decide more discernment is needed.

One will grow an area quickly, and another will decide it's time to prune.

Someone else will make the one decision that changes everything.

At the start, we'll ask what you want to be different by the end. We'll come back to it as we go, and if it changes, we'll make sure that's a choice you made rather than something that drifted.

What we'll ask of you

Ninety minutes a week, present live.

There are no recordings to catch up on, because the value is in being in the room.

Set aside time between sessions to tend to your leadership of the business. Not a lot, but for six weeks you'll need to move a little of your regular day-to-day time over to tending and tilling time.

A willingness to bring the real honest thing and listen to what the room says about it.

Who's leading it

Anna Saucier

Twenty-five years shaping organizational structure and leadership — the last five specifically at the intersection of faith and human flourishing that lets a mission grow without costing the woman leading it. Most recently, CEO and co-founder of Apostolic Fruit, which has served 50+ women founders and organizational leaders since 2024.

Jen Zils

Twenty-five years of building the structures businesses run on. Pricing, roles, teams, and the quiet work of making sure things hold together so the founder isn't needed in every decision. Most recently four years as COO of an eight-figure company.

We overlap on most of it, and that's the point. You get two women who can both take the problem seriously, and who sometimes land in different places.

The room

Small. Small enough that by week three you're not explaining yourself from scratch, and small enough that the quietest woman still gets heard.

This isn't only accountability, and it isn't only connection. We've watched real collaboration and real healing happen in rooms this size, more times than we can count. The kind that doesn't happen when you're working with one coach alone, or carrying it by yourself.

We read every application ourselves and discern together who's in. Who's in the room matters more than anything else we decide.

Dates

Six weeks, October 12 through November 20, 2026.

Live calls Thursdays, 12:00 to 1:30 p.m. Eastern.

One-on-ones the weeks of November 23rd and 30th.

The investment

$2,997

There's no cost to apply. If you're accepted, a $500 deposit holds your place.

The balance of $2,497 is due October 9. If two payments work better for you, they're $1,325 each, on October 9 and November 2.

For context: if the money week surfaces one price adjustment that should've moved a year ago, it will likely pay for your spot in the room. Most women who finally sit down with their numbers find more than one adjustment that makes a significant difference.

For the woman carrying the weight

It starts with a conversation about your business. About 15 minutes.

No pressure, no pitch, just a conversation to see if this is the right room for you.

It's a guided application conversation rather than a form.

It asks a question, listens to your answer, and asks the next one based on your response.

Some of it's practical: what you charge, who's on your team. Some of it's more about you — like what's weighing on you the most.

If you'd rather not answer something, or you don't know, say so. That's a fine answer, and it moves on.

What you share is read by the two of us.

It's processed securely to run the conversation, and never shared beyond that.

At the end, you'll get a summary of where your business is actually stuck.

That's what we'll be working from if you join us.

The application is a guided, no obligation conversation, about 15 minutes.

Applications close October 5th. We read every one, and we'll be in touch within a couple of days.
